About Vida Social

Vida Social, Social Life, was founded in the summer of 2000 by a group of friends who came together and wanted to cultivate their friendships and interact with other young aspiring professionals.

Vida Social is an active group of professionals that pursue success in their careers but at the same time care about the greater Dallas community. The “First Fridays” monthly gatherings take place at different locations throughout the city of Dallas.

The objectives of the gatherings are simple:

• Create a friendly atmosphere that will be a valuable resource where we can draw from others’ expertise
• Provide a venue where people can meet and network
• Connect our membership to the greater Dallas community through social service
• Educate our membership in various fields from investments to politics
• To expose our membership to new and exciting locations in Dallas

Vida Social is a progressive group that will help and extend a hand to our friends. Vida Social hopes to work closely with our growing list of sponsors to provide other outlets of educational workshops in conjunction with social services.

Vida Social also stands for the name it bears: Social Life. We plan on continuing our events and searching for new ways of entertaining the group.
